Purpose of the Course: To prepare participants with knowledge, skills and attitude required to monitor rubber deposits on runway and apply appropriate removal methods to maintain requisite friction level in accordance with ICAO Annex-14, ICAO DOC9137 (Airport Services Manual)- & ICAO Circulars.
