Course Objective: To know about the Role and Responsibility of IO & PO in departmental inquiry & leave procedures for inquiry & imposition of penalties. This will help executives to function as IO & PO efficiently. Methodology: Instruction methodology will cover lectures, group discussions, demonstration, action-oriented learning exercises, assignments, and tests, etc. state-of-the-art audiovisual aids including multimedia presentation will also be used during the course.
