Reference is invited to the TENDER ID: IAA/HK/2021/01 for the work of “Providing House Keeping and Associated services at Indian Aviation Academy, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi” with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,58,32,038/- (Five Crores Fifty-Eight Lac ThirtyTwo Thousand and Thirty-Eight) only (excluding GST).
The call of above said Tender is hereby put on hold till further notice, due to Administrative reasons. The fresh dates and or any other changes pertaining to this tender, shall be informed, in due course of time by uploading on IAA/tenders website https://www.iaa.edu.in/tenders. Further clarification / corrigendum in this regard, if any, will be put up on IAA/tenders website.
NOTICE INVITING TENDER
1. Item rate tenders are invited through offline mode, by Sr. Consultant, IAA, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi on behalf of Director of IAA, Vasant Kunj from registered Firms / Companies / specialized agencies / Contractors having experience, for the work Providing House Keeping and Associated services of Indian Aviation Academy, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi at an estimated cost of Rs. 5, 58,32,038/-(Five Crores Fifty-Eight Lac Thirty-Two Thousand and Thirty-Eight) only (excluding GST) with completion period of 24 months (2 years) and extendable for 12 months (1 Year) subject to satisfactory performance. 1. (a) Due to ongoing pandemic and consequent reduction in Class Room trainings at IAA Campus, cost cutting measures will be taken in Housekeeping contract, to maintain financial stability of the Institute, as per directions given by the Director, Indian Aviation Academy, till further notice.
