Course details:
The objective of the course is to provide a comprehensive understanding of AAI ECDA Regulations, 2003, along with aspects relating to misconduct. The training is designed to impart knowledge on drafting of charge sheets, roles and functions of the Inquiry Officer/Presenting Officer (IO/PO), as well as techniques for evaluation of evidence and preparation of IO/PO reports.
