Participants can revise Contract Law, Labour Laws with latest Amendments,Arbritration & Dispute Resolution.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to accomplish the following:
- Make amendments in the Contract Clause in respect of Labour Laws.
- Can frame Special Conditions of Contract for specific tender.
