Purpose of the Course : A sound knowledge of the provisions of the RTI Act. At the core of the right to information are records - papers, documents, files, notes, materials, videos, tapes, samples, computer printouts, disks and a range of other things.  Creating, managing, storing and archiving records for implementation of RTI. Learning Objectives: On completion of the course, participants will be able to manage the following - Good understanding of the role and responsibility of this law Proper disposal of RTI applications To review the records management system in place to make sure that it is functioning properly and can meet RTI needs Easily make out the necessity and can do frame work accordingly Can identify problem early on so that timely response can be taken. Target Population: Airport directors/PIO/CPIO/RTI Dealing officers /Appellate authorities All discipline officers/Representatives of Govt. Offices ,PSU, Private Company, Individual DGCA officers BCAS officers Civil Aviation Administrations officers Any other person(s)who could be a direct/indirect stake holder
